This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced in
accordance with Wisconsin law. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be
brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Madison,
Wisconsin. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords.
The copyright in all material provided on this Site is held by Parts Now! or by
the original creator of the material. Except as explicitly stated herein, none
of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded,
displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not
limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise,
without the prior written permission of Parts Now! or the copyright owner.
Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on
this Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify,
copy or distribute the materials and that you retain all copyright and other
proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates

notifying Parts Now! of the termination of said user's authorization to use this
Site. Organization/Corporate users are also responsible and liable to pay for
all goods and services purchased through use of this Site. If you purchase
products through this site and issue a purchase order, your purchase orders will
be accepted by Parts Now! for accounting convenience only. No terms or
conditions contained in any purchase order shall amend this Agreement or the
information you have submitted to Parts Now! via your online order, or shall
otherwise constitute an agreement between the parties.
Fulfillment of all web-based orders purchased on account is contingent upon
possession of a sufficient credit limit with Parts Now!.
The materials on this Site are provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS." Use,
duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set
forth in applicable laws and regulations. Use of the materials by the Government
